2. Membership & Access

Membership grants you access to the CIM-EDGE platform for the duration of your paid subscription period. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any third party. Sharing your account will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. License Keys

License keys issued for the CIM-EDGE EA and Backtest Manager are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform (including videos, strategy documentation, EA source code, and tools) is the intellectual property of CIM-EDGE. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable. Given the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon payment, no refunds will be issued. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments, including Deriv synthetic instruments, carries substantial risk of loss. CIM-EDGE provides education only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. Past results of any strategy do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial losses that result from them.

7. Modifications

CIM-EDGE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
