This is because our products are digital goods and are delivered instantly. Once you receive access to the software or information, it cannot be "returned." We encourage you to review all information about our products and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.

In rare cases of technical issues where you are unable to access the product you purchased, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide you with the access you purchased due to a fault on our end, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Our "2 Month FREE PASS" offer, which is unlocked by funding an account with a partner broker, is a promotional offer and is not eligible for any monetary refund or cash equivalent. It provides full access for the specified period as a bonus for using our partner's services.
